is presented by a famous MC., who opens and closes the event from the famous Rumsey Playfield stage. Artisans: Fiesta
has had a long running relationship with local artisans who keep and nurture the arts by creating uniquely typical folk, and
modern art, displaying and selling their work at the festival. Food Concessions: On a hot summer day, who wouldn’t
want a nice cold drink at the festival. The festival has numerous food concession stands line up around Rumsey field, offering
the more popular Latino cuisine. Souvenir Stands: People love their souvenirs, from key chains
to gold chains, Fiesta has a stand for everything Puerto Rican. Recognition Awards: Every year “Fiesta” honors
several individuals who are exemplary in their field of work, pillars of the community and/or sources of Puerto Rican pride.
